Bonjour, 

j'ai été débité deux fois de 9,99€ le 10 mars 2015.

Souhaitant annuler mon abonnement à Spotify Premium, je demande le remboursement d'au moins un des débits. 

Je précise que j'ai pas de deuxième compte Spotify.

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (ENG), @SpotifyAyuda (ESP) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

 

 

 


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

I already contacted Spotify but I just received an automatic mail from them ... It's realy difficult to contact Spotify Support.... 

Yo need to reply to that email.

After you've replied to the automated reply directly - if you don't get a response within 24-48 hours, let me know your case number (# series of numbers) and I'll escalate it to the staff for you.
