Double account under same email

I have two accounts under the same email (don't ask me how, I have no idea).

On Spotify application I can login with both, one using username, the other using email, but in the website, I go to the same account with both usernamen or email.

 

How do I delete the account that I don't use? To whom should I ask to delete it?

Hey @denuro,

 

Spotify Support can delete the account for you 🙂 Just contact them through one of the channels:

Contact form: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/?contact
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
