Double accounts after coming back in my home country

Hi everyone !!

 I started to use spotify on my mobile when I was living in Japan with this name : newza.fullmetal.

But when I came back in France, my name on my account switched to newza.fullmetal-fr. But I am not sure when this occured, how and why.
The fact is, now I still have a prenium account on my mobile but on the website I am still a free subscriber.
And on the application I don't have any information about my account like the related emails or the susbcription method.

So I cannot get my back my account on any devides or even stop or change my subscription.

I am asking for your help to understand what is happening and how should I solve this.
