I read some of the other issues on double accounts, but not sure if mine is quite the same to fix.  I deleted the spotify app in Facebook by accident so when I logged on to Spotify it prompted me to log in using Facebook, which I did...and when it opened, it was an entirely new account. I thought the old one permanently got delted so I accepted te fact and started building my music library again. However, I later found out that my old account still exists, I can see it as an active user, but I can't access it. I can't log on, I can't access the playlists on my old profile - it's not even listed as a public playlists. How can I access my old account if Spotify has me connected to the new account? Can I merge the two and keep music in both accounts? The profile pic and name of both accounts are the same. My friends are confused as to why I'm following them twice, is there a solution for this?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

I have checked your account and it looks like it has made a duplicate of itself.  This is preventing you from logging into your main account.  The solution is quite easy, but we will need you to contact the support team via this link.  You will get an automatic reply, so just reply back to that to set the case back into the working filter.  Please post your case number into a reply to this thread - this will let me check up on your case.
