My bank has been billed two separate charges each month. I cancelled my subscription back in January, a family pkg., and I started a solo account same time. I am still being billed for $15 /month for a subscription I cancelled two months ago?!? I have now cancelled my solo account as well. When will spotify actually stop stealing my money, refund me for the fraudulent charges, and send me a confirmation of cancellation of both draws??? No customer service to speak with is exactly why I will never be a customer again nor could I ever recommend this product to a friend.

Hey there, I don't think anyone here can help you out just because your account stuff is sensitive. Try getting in touch at their twitter account @SpotifyCares or through their contact form. I emailed them last week and they got back to me within like a day. Awesome stuff. I'm sure they'll be able to help you out (:
