Double charge and no premium

Double charge and no premium

I decided to try the premium service using the promotional offer, the first issue was spotify not letting me pay (they said they were having problems but no charge would be made) then tried different credit cards until I could pay, but I haven't received premium benefits and two of my cards were charged!

I sent a message right away using spotify's "contact form" and I have received no answer at all.

Any suggestions?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your account a day or two later.

 

You can look for your receipt here:
 
Since you already contacted them, and received no reply, check your email address in your profile page to see if it's the correct one.
 
Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
