Hi,

 

I have no Idea what should I do. I have cancelled my spotify Premium, but for some reason Spotify is still charging me. They even charged me twice on september. I have contacted the customer service twice, but the customer service of Spotify is absolut bull**bleep** and I haven't got a single reply from anyone. No names, phonumbers anywhere. Even contacting the customer service has been made as diffcult as possible. Should I go to police or to consumer protection authorities what what what?
