Double charged, inactive account.

Hi

 

I'm subscribing through my mobile service provider Telia here in Sweden.

When I noticed that I've been charged for Spotify 2 times per months for 8 months i asked them to cancel one of the subscriptions (according to them it looked like i had 2 accounts even tho i don't).

 

So they told me that they did that and i got my money refounded, but after a while i noticed that my Spotify account had been degraded to Spotify Free so i made contact with them again but from their side it looks normal and I'm still charged for Spotify. They told me to contact Spotify and i did, through the contact form, but without any answer.

 

So here I am, can you help me and reply to this post and please make my account Premium again since I'm paying for it.

Hi Joewel - Sounds like you've definitely got two accounts with us. Your 'Joewel' account was linked to Telia but that subscription was cancelled in June. 

 

I'll just need a few more details to have a look on our system. Keep an eye on your inbox for me.
