Double charged, no credit added

Double charged, no credit added

Hello,

I have been a premium Spotify member for years now. In February, my credit card number was changed due to fraudulent charges, so I was unsubscribed from premium.

When I signed up for premium again, I was double charged. When I checked the account, there was only a receipt for one payment of the two that were charged (and thus, I only received premium credit until 4/9/2017, instead of receiving an extra month).

How do I either reverse the charge for the second payment, or receive an extra month of credit for the second payment?

Thank you,

Timothy Holley

Hey @sircal87,

If you didn't get two email receipts, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

In your email receipt, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID: xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

Hope it helps. 🙂
