Spotify has charged in my bank account Twice per month, and I only have one suscription. This is been happened since the beginning of this year. Please give my money back. I do cancel my suscription for this reason. My name is Celso Hernandez. Please stop do this. In your page it is not possible to see de charges, but you can see them in my account card.

Hi chervalp - The best way to get this resolved is by going through our contact form.

 

Payments queries can't resolved in the Community--too many security details need to be confirmed. 

 

Also, please don't post personal and bank info on the forums. It's best to send these to the team in a private email using that form.
