Double charged

Double charged

I have premium and lost it. Went to start it again and it offered me student. I tried the student but couldn't get it verified so I left it be and just did the regular premium. Checked my bank account and I've been charged for premium and student. How do I get ahold of someone. There's no contact info

Can you check your bank statement again to see if the payment is pending or processed?

 

If it's pending, then it's possible that the payment is unsuccessful.

 

However, if it's processed/debited then I'd suggest you to get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form,, so they can check your account on their end, and to better explain what happened.
