Double charges

Double charges

I had two individual Premium accounts. When Spotify came out with the Family Plan

I converted one of my account to a Family Plan. Now I am being charged for the same account both for the individual and the Family Plan $9.99 and $14.99 respectively.

The phone number listed on my online bank account for the transactions is only a message telling me to go to the website for help. Well there is no help for this on the web page. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

 

Find out which account has the Family Plan, and cancel your subscription to the other one.
