I have a double payment on my credit card, that simple.

 

Please help.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you with this problem

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

It's also disabled!

Make sure the TOP 4 section are filled out.

 

Sorry, Spotify just launched a new contact form and it's a little confusing. I have passed on on your feedback and told them they should improve it.

 

These top 4 sections have to be slected before you can write in the box and send the form:

All that is checked! this is getting me angry, How could it be that it's not even possible to fill a complaint..?

Can you try using Firefox or another browser?

 

The contact form has been working just fine for everyone else (besides the misaligned icons which is being fixed)

I tried FF also and even privacy mode.

I have forwarded your post to the support team at Spotify. Hopefully someone will be in contact soon so you can get this solved.
