Double payment

As of 29th of novmeber I cancelled my 2 family member subsription and immediately created a new one for 5 persons. I already did the first payment for the 5 family member subscription 30 euros. I cancelled the 2 member account but nevertheless I still had 14,99 euros withdrawn from my bank account today. How is this possible when I laready cancelled the account. Please conact me asap! I would like my money back and make sure that this 2 family member subscription is actually cancelled.

I suggest you contact support, they will be able to help you check that your accounts have been cancelled 🙂
