Double payment

Double payment

My credit card is being charged twice by spotify.

Each charge refers to a code, so I don´t know which one is the service I am using, or how can I stop paying both.

Hi there @ceciliaskou, unexpected payments are not cool, lets try to figure this out for you.. 

 

Possible reasons:

1. You have two accounts and you are upgrading them both. You can check out this here 

2. If that is your first subscribtion, you may hit the "upgrade" button more than once. This means all payments went to the same account. The second payment is automatically applied to your next month, and you won’t be charged again until the month after. You can check this on your subscription page

Otherwise if you still having a problem with your next payment, please contact spotify support, they will figure things out!
