Double registration with one email address: double charge each month. No answer from Service

Double registration with one email address: double charge each month. No answer from Service

 I have got for some reason by registration two different Spotify IDs, and now I am being charged TWICE each month prom my PayPal account. I tried to contact the service team, but got no answer.

 

What shall I do now?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

How long ago did you submit your contact form request? If its been more than 48 hours, drop your case number here and I will see if I can grab someone to chase it up for you.

Also be sure to double check your spam/junk folders on your email inbox as sometimes the reply emails get caught up in them.
