Doubled Billed For Subsciption

Doubled Billed For Subsciption

There is 2 payments coming out for spotify subscription on my wife's credit card.  Only one subscription shows up but I can not figure out what email the account would of been set up under to cancel it.  Is there a number I can call to resolve this?
