Downgrade to Free for connection to T-Mobile Spotify-Option

Hi,

 

I activated the Spotify Option on my T-Mobile Service Plan and then noticed, that I can not connect my existing Spotify Premium Account to my service plan, only free accounts are allowed. Then I started a service contact two days ago about downgrading my premium account to free but got no reply. Today I sent another email and got  the answer, that it could take another three days until someone would care about my service question.

 

Is it possible to downgrade my premium account now or is it not possible? I don't want to pay twice.

Same problem over here. Tried to contact the support, but no response until now...

I'm really frustrated. I just had a simple request (change my premium subscription to a free one so that i can activate my mobile provider option) but no one answers to my request. Neither here nor per mail. That's not what i call "customer support".

I have the same problem! Resetting T-Mobile-Option with the help of the support of T-Mobile didn't help.

Contacting your support didn't help either since I got only a standardized answer! I'm really disappointed! 

SpotifyUser123 - Your Premium has now expired, so you'll be able to add a Premium partner deal to your account. There shouldn't be a problem with your account.
