Downgraded again!!

Downgraded again!!

Due to a bank card change Spotify was unable to take payment and automatically downgraded me. Fair enough. I then signed back up with the new details about a month ago and have just received an email saying I am to be downgraded again due to no payment being taken. Can somebody help please??

Out of curiousity, is your account being shown as premium or free on your account overview?


If it shows premium, it's possible you got the email in error.  If it indeed shows free, this may require further troubleshooting.

I have just checked and it has dropped me back to Spotify free version, is there any way of finding out the reason why they have done this.
