Downgrading from Premium to Student Premium

I am currently a Spotify Premium user. I have been a Student Premium user in the past but the student subscription has run out. I am now trying to resubscribe to Student Premium however whenever I try to proceed past the page where I enter my NUS Extra number it says 'Oops! Something whent wrong, please try again.'. I am definitely entering the number correctly. Please assist with this matter.

Does it help if you use an incognito window and clear cache/cookies on your web browser?

When trying to load spotify.com/student in an incognito window it would always redirect to spotify.com/lt (I'm currently in Lithuania). I tried again today in a standard window and it worked. Thanks for your help.
