Hi guys, I recently change my mobile company (I switch from Fido to Rogers) and when I was with fido I subscribed to spotify premium. Now that I am with rogers I want to stop my subscription from premium. Here comes the problem, when I go to Spotify.com and I try to downgrade my account, it tells me that I need to talk to Fido to stop premium, so I contact Fido and they say because I switch company they can't help me because my fido account don't exist no more. I place a screen shot of the message that it tells me.
Thank you, I really need help because I don't want to pay it no more so i'm kinda forced to pay it right now.
