Downgrading from premium doesn't work

Hi guys, I recently change my mobile company (I switch from Fido to Rogers) and when I was with fido I subscribed to spotify premium. Now that I am with rogers I want to stop my subscription from premium. Here comes the problem, when I go to Spotify.com and I try to downgrade my account, it tells me that I need to talk to Fido to stop premium, so I contact Fido and they say because I switch company they can't help me because my fido account don't exist no more. I place a screen shot of the message that it tells me. 

 

Thank you, I really need help because I don't want to pay it no more so i'm kinda forced to pay it right now.

Hey @phil40, welcome to the Community!

 

Since your subscription was set up through Fido, they're the only ones that can cancel your subscription.

 

We suggest reaching out to them again and asking to speak with a supervisor. They should be able to get this sorted for you.
