I just downloaded the latest version of Spotify for Mac but it won't open.  I keep getting a message that says, "You can't open the application Spotify because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.  The old one is gone so I have nothing to open.  Help!

Are you able to update your OSX version? If so, please update to a more recent version that doesn't use PowerPC.

I have El Capitan 10.1.  However, I restarted the computer and that seemed to do the trick.
