Downloaded songs keep being deleted and then keep re-downloading

Why is this still an issue? Why do my downloaded songs disapear and i have to download them again? This seems to be a problem that has been going on for a few years now. 

Why hasn't this problem been fixed. I may aswell have a free account since i'm continually having to download the songs that I have saved.

Hi @razor6661, welcome to the Spotify Community!

That's not cool. We suggest that you remove all of your offline devices here. Then, just reinstall Spotify by following these steps.

Once you've done that, you'll need to download the music again. This should fix this.

Have done that many times and it didn't work. I have now gone to google play and will be deactivating my Spotify account.
