Downloads Disappear

Hello,

Why is it that the music I download becomes Un-downloaded?

This is most annoying when traveling.

Sorry to hear the trouble you're having with downloaded songs. 

Have you tried checking out Spotify's Download Guide? If you have tried that and still are having trouble, try restarting the app or restarting your phone.
