Dear Community,
A few days ago I opened Spotify Premium on my Samsung Mobile and all my Dowbloats were deleted so I could not hear them offline. It took me 2 days do download it all again ( about 1.600 songs).
A few minutes ago the same happened again and the app says that I'm using more than 3 devices but I only logged in on my pc and my mobile phone. I am pretty much pissed about the fact that all my downloads were deleted for the second time!
I would like to know what I can do or what Spotify can do for me in this case.

Can you check if you have more than 3 devices listed on this site?
