Dual Accounts - Cannot Cancel

Hi All,

 

I want to cancel my Spotify Premium but I don't remember my password. When I go to reset password, it tells me I am connected via Facebook. When I log in via Facebook, the account screen tells me I am on a free account and have no subscription to cancel.

 

I have emailed Spotify about this in the past and received no reply, I forgot about it until I got the notification that this months payment has just been taken via PayPal.

 

I have now cancelled the PayPal authorisation so no further money will be taken but I'm also posting this as notification to Spotify as they do not respond to emails.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form.
