Dual Accounts / locked out

Hi,

I started my first 'premium' spotify account in America (while I was living there). I linked this account with my Facebook. I am now back in Australia, and have been locked out of my American account, and have now joined my 'family premium' account with another AUS profile I created. I want to link this profile with my Facebook page, however cannot do this while my other account (which i'm locked out of) is linked. Any ideas?? I move countries fairly regularly and can see this possibly becoming an issue. I love spotify and don't want to be locked out of my account / create new accounts all the time.

In this case, you'll first need to close your Facebook-created account in order to link your Facebook profile to your current Premium account. We'd recommend you get in touch with us via this contact form.
