Dubbele aanrekening Mastercard

Na nieuwe kaartgegevens in te vullen met nodige problemen moet ik elke maand 2 keer 14.99 euro als bijdrage betalen voor mijn premium abonnement. Een mailadres van spotify zelf is niet te vinden op de site ! Wie kan me hierbij helpen ?

If you're getting charged twice for Spotify Premium, I suggest checking the suggestions on this support page. You might have two accounts you're paying for.

If you have two accounts, you can cancel and close the one you don't need.

Problem not solved !
I only see one account and they charged me each month twice by Mastercard.

The problem started in march when I got a new mastercard and a payment was refused.
