Dublicate accounts need to unduplicate and get my playlists back

Hi,

I created a separate spotify account today from my work email which has merged with my Facebook login, and I've lost all my playlists - and it's changed my username.

I'd rather go back to just my facebook login with my playlists restored... I can't access spotify at work as Facebook is blocked.

It would be best if I could have two accounts, one that I can use at work without going through Facebook, and my personal account where I can go through Facebook.

Can you please help?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your old Facebook account restored. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
