Duo premium user keeps being shifted to free

Duo premium user keeps being shifted to free

I have a Duo Premium account. We were both connected and system was working fine until for some reason the second user was shifted to free account without asking. I tried deleting the user and sending the invite again but it didn't work.

Hey there!

 

Thank you for sharing your issue with the Community!

If their account had been showing free prior to them being removed from the Duo plan, it's quite possible that they've logged into a different free account.
If the issue persists after making sure they're logged in correctly, do let us know and we'll gladly take a further look into this 🙂
