Duplicate Account? Facebook?

I just reinstalled Windows and loaded up Spotify, but then when I closed Spotify and put in my login info, none of my playlists show up.

 

I tried the steps shown, but I can not login properly.

 

I think there is a duplicate account issue.

 

Any help?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to help you get back to your original account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I did that yesterday, got an automated repsonse saying that would work on it.

 

24 hours later, nothing, no response, my account is still not working properly.

 

Did I do something wrong here? Are they closed on the weekend?

They are there at the weekends, but as you can imagine numbers are probably reduced. Did you reply to the automated email?
