Duplicate account... and join date?

Hi guys,

It's really annoying, but I have two spotify accounts with the same username, one is linked with Facebook and one isn't. Can we delete the one that's linked to facebook please?

Do you also know how I can find out when I created my Spotify account (the one that isn't linked to Facebook?

In order to delete a spotify account you'll need to use the contact form to request that from a member of the Spotify staff, includingthe information of the account you want to close permanently.

Please make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive that directs you back to the help pages even if it's from a no-reply. Keep in mind to check your spam account as well in case it hides in there.

Support usually gets back withing 24-48 hours.

As for the join date, you'll need to ask a Spotify staff member as well as it's not possible to find out on your own at the moment.
