Duplicate payment

Hello,
It has came to my attention that I am paying double for the spotify service.
I am paying £9.99 around the 24th and again on 29th.

How do I rectify this and arrange a refund.

I believe the error has occurred as spotify wa set up to a different email to what my Facebook is linked.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
