Duplicated account

Hey there, I used spotify before it could be linked with facebook. I stopped using it for a while and when I tried to log in I didn't remember my password, but I saw that i could log in with my facebook account. Now I'm trying to edit my profile account, but I can't because it seems that I have another account linked to my current email. I've been reading and some forums say that spotify can delete the duplicates for you.

same problem here at the moment. trying to use a new email but have already used it for some reason. Need to delete this account. TIA

Indeed they can 🙂

If you submit an online contact form; someone at Spotify can delete the duplicate for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
