Duplicated account

Hello,

 

I think my account was accidentally duplicated during a login. It's like a new Spotify account is linked to my Facebook account. I tried some unlinking etc. but it seems that I cannot revive my original Spotify account myself. Due to this mistake, I lost all my playlists. Is there a possibility of linking my original right account to my Facebook account again so I have access to my music?

 

I really appreciate any help that can be provided.

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

You may checkout your mailbox for invoices of your old account. They should contain your username (and your user ID).

You may also disconnect the wrong account from Facebook. 

 

To disconnect from Facebook, please follow the steps in this topic.
Please keep in mind that it's not an official supported workaround.

 

As always, the best thing you can do to get accounts deleted, and playlists transferred (in case of duplicated account), you may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Was your original account created using Spotify (so you have a unique Spotify username) or was it created using Facebook?
