E-Mail doesn't exist anymore

Hey, I used my Facebook account in the past for connecting to my Spotify account. After I deleted my Facebook I opened a new account with my university email address to log in. This email does not exist anymore. I am also not able to read emails in there anymore! I just want to change the university address to my regular. But if I do so it says this email is also in use. What can I do?
