E actualizado mi mail del facebook y en mi cuenta de spotify sigue el mail antiguo

How long ago did you make the change to your email? Does logging out and back in a few times from your account make a change?

Make sure Spotify has access to your Facebook email too. Just go to your Facebook settings > Apps > Spotify > make sure "Email address" is checked.
