E card no email

Hi - I bought an e card subscription for my daughters birthday . I paid last week and got a pay pal confirmation but nothing else. I asked for the email to be sent direct to my daughter today ( her birthday ) but nothing. I emailed support this morning ( but it is Sunday )but seeing a few others have had the same problem without getting a response I thought I should post here too ? Is there no phone number we can call ? ( uk)<br><br>Thanks

well im really sorry that you are experiencing this issue. If i was you i would contact the spotify team here BUT you'll get an automated message which says "Noreply". Please do this anyway! Afterwards im really sure that you'll get a response 😉
