I'm trying to add my daughter to the spotify family premium, but she does not receive the invitation e-mailsI think it has to do with the fact that the e-mail address that is displayed at my account page on spotify.com is incorrect and no longer active. It says that I can only adjust the account information via facebook, but on Facebook the correct e-mail address is indicated (so the two account pages for Spotify and Facebook do not correspond). How can I solve this?
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
