E-mail associated with facebook, can't create new account

When I try to log-in to spotify with my e-mail address, it says that it is linked to a facebook account, and I must log-in to my deleted facebook account. However if I try to create a new account, it says that my e-mail address is already taken and it will not let me create a new account. Is there any way to delete my previous account associated with my e-mail so I can make a new one. All of my financial doings are tied to one e-mail address, I'm not going to pay for spotify on a throwaway e-mail account. So unless my old account can be deleted, I won't be paying for spotify.
