My Question or Issue

It doesn't let me change my e-mail to a new one, when I try to do it it inmediately changes it back to the old one, please help!

That's odd. Have you made sure there are no other accounts registered with the new email you're tyring to use? If the email is already registered on a different account, you'll need to close it with these steps before you update the email in your main account. 

If you created your Spotify account with your Facebook profile, you'll need to update your email from your FB profile's settings. There's more helpful info about this here.
