EGift card issues

So, I recently purchased an Egift card for someone and picked a specific delivery date. The email address i entered for them was correct, but they said they never received it. I forwarded them the email receipt i got when i purchased the gift card that had a link to redeem the gift card. Will this work for them? How do I make sure they are able to redeem their gift card?

Possibly the code got stoked for some reason in the system .


Any way if you got the payment receipt and you have already forwarded it to the Support , they will be able to track down the
Gift card Code and help you to send it to the correct account .

So , to answer your question, the payment receipt will be enough to help you .

I have not yet forwarded the receipt to support, i just forwarded it to the person i bought the gift card for. I'll try sending it to support and see what they say. Thanks.
