Ecard - Unable to redeem

Hello!

I just recently bought a 1 month e-gift card for myself, I got the receipt email and was able to send the giftcard to myself..

But when I try to redeem the code by klicking the link I only get sent to the 'redeem code' page. This has worked before so I don't get why this isn't working now, please help! I've been charged so I want to get what I payed for lol. 

 

My order ID is: 36817160033

Is this an eCard (via email) or a physical gift card @Jillaroe ?

An e-card, the same problem as before.

I sent support a message, my order ID is: 01969957

If you look at the link in the email, the gift card code (that you can manually enter on the page) is at the end of the link.

THANK YOU! For awnsering so quickly! Weird thing is, when my boyfriend (signed in to his spotify account) click the same URL he get send to another page giving him the alternative to physicly click 'activate 1 month of premium' if you get what I mean. Does that mean there's something wrong with my account since I don't get sent to that page? is it a bug?

Not sure! It's sometimes down to how your browser handles the link. If it persists I would open a case with Spotify support so they can take a look:
