Edit Profile e-mail bug

Hey guys,

Today I was trying to change my profile e-mail, but It says that the e-mail is already taken, which is weird because is my personal e-mail. The one that I'm using in my account (right now) is one that I don't even know more the password, and I'd like to change It.

How can I do that?

Hey @oiradbc,

You should ask for a password reset with that address and see if you get the email. That should give you access to the account linked to that address, which may be a different one from the one you usually use.

If you use that same address for Facebook, it could mean you have another Spotify account created using your Fb credentials.

Well, yes, I made an spotify account a long time ago with that email address. I tried now to reset the password inserting that email, but It says that I need to change my facebook password (or something like that). Is possible to close my other account? ( that I can't login now? -_-)

That means that account is tied to a (second?) facebook account. Try to see if you can access Facebook with your old email. To me, it looks like you have 2 emails, 2 facebooks, and 2 spotify accounts.

I have 2 spotify accounts, 2 e-mails and 1 facebook account. I think that both accounts are tied with my facebook account ( is that possible?). The problem would be solved If I could delete my other account, I've tried everything to access my other account and I can't in any way.
