Dear all! 

I need to change my country and address, but the system doesn't allow me to do that. Could you please help me with that query.

Make sure that you follow the steps provided here to change your country.

Regarding the address, unless you use Premium for Family, you don’t need to register your address with Spotify.

You can travel the globe and take Spotify with you without needing to change anything on your account.
