There is a bug in the edit profile page that doesn't leave the page loads to the end (the page is interrupted in the date of birth title) thus the country settings field is suppressed and I can't change it. If you have an account linked to the facebook you can easily realize this is just click on "edit profile".
When Spotify will fix it????
i've never seen that before, are you positive it isnt just the browser your using?
the issue happens in all browsers. are you sure you've never seen this before? here some users with the same problem:

Welcome to the Community.
Can you clear cache and try it on a different browser or incognito window? Then login to your profile page here and update the country details. Note that this only applies to countries where Spotify is officially supported.
If that doesn't work. Just get back to us with your device, operating system and version.
Let us know how it goes.
Tried clearing the cache, same result.
Using Mac OS x Mavericks, wth Chrome. (even tried other browsers, same result)
