Einstellungen deaktiviert soundqualität

Hallo.

Einige Optionen in den Einstellungen sind deaktiviert, u.a. Die zur Soundqualität. Obwohl ich ein Premium Account habe. Deaktiviert heißt, ausgegraut, kann also weder an noch aus schalten.
App deinstallieren geht nicht, da die App vorab installiert war. Cache löschen, deaktivieren und über den play store neu installieren hilft nicht.

Mobile ist ein Z5 compact mit Android 7.0 und spotify App 8.4.4.810 arm v7

This is odd. If you access with your account from a different device, are you able to change the sound quality?

Also, we'd like you to try access with a friend's Premium account on your device if possible. Let us if you're able to change the quality settings with that account.
