Either the username or password is incorrect

 When I try to log in on my tablet and on my phone it keeps saying 'unable to log in, username or password is incorrect. I have changed the password 5 times now as every time I do it comes up the same error. I am logged in on a web page. I can't get logged in on the app.

Have you tried with any other usernames or email addresses you might have? Also, if your account was created using your Facebook credentials, you can try accessing it by clicking on the blue "Log in with Facebook" button. If you're able to log in from a web page, try going here (your account's username and email address will be there). Once you've done it, try logging in with that info.
