El cargo automático vía Paypal no se pudo realizar.

Hola,

 

Soy usuario Premium. Pago vía Paypal y hoy Spotify me avisó que el pago no pudo pasar. Ya hablé con mi banco y con Paypal y quedó todo solucionado.

 

¿Cómo puedo pedir que intente Spotify cobrarme de nuevo para realizar mi pago del mes?

Hope you don't mind an answer in English.

If the payment hasn't gone through, but the Premium subscription is still there, it will attempt the payment again over the next few days, so if it's all sorted now it should go through no problem.

If you do find yourself on the free subscription again, just check your subscription page and resubscribe: www.spotify.com/account/subscription

The suscription is still here, so I'll wait a few days.
